Reservations/Cancellations


RESERVATIONS
Deposits are required to hold a reservation. After receiving your deposit, we will send you our rental agreement and a confirmation reflecting the receipt of your deposit and your reservation dates. Reservations require a Deposit and must be received prior to arrival to have a reserved  cabin.  Full payment must be made within 10 business days prior to arrival if not paying by cash or money order.  


REFUNDS
We will gladly give full refunds for reservation deposits canceled before two weeks of arrival date.  We will also refund a portion of your deposit after this time if we can still rent your cabin through the period you reserved.  Payment in full is required upon check in. Deposits or overpayment are not refunded until the deposited checks have cleared our bank account.


CANCELLATIONS
Advise us of your need to cancel as soon as possible to make the cabins available for others  and to insure your return of a deposit.   If you cancel within 2 weeks (14 days) of your stay deposits will be returned.   If you have to cancel your reservation without a 2 week notice you may forfeit your deposit if the cabin can not be re-rented.  If you must cancel your reservation after you have paid in full (10 days prior to arrival) your rental fees may be subject to forfeiture, if the cabin can not be re-rented.
